In loving memory of my beautiful daughter Noleen, Maria, Michelle, Murphy, born and murdered on 4/4/1973 by her grandmother Josephine Murphy at our family home in Whites Villas Dalkey, while my father Peter Murphy looked on. Present at the scene of the murder were 6 adults in the family home. With retired Dalkey man Gda Detective FM and another local man in the garden waiting to help my mother clean up the scene. I was being abused by my father, two brothers, Peter Murphy JNR and Joe O’Niell, and other extended family members and I was also being abused by a local paedophile ring who were abusing me in Dalkey, and of which could have been Noleens father. Three of which are retired police officers still living and walking around Dalkey despite the fact they raped me aged 10, and could have made me pregnant twice, and are a huge risk to children in Dalkey.
Nevertheless, 42 years later and they are still FREE, being protected by cowards, and my own brothers being protected by their children and my siblings, who are lying for them, as they lied for my father and mother.

Less than a week to go now to Noleens 42nd Anniversary, the Dail has closed for Easter, so there will be no news on the Review Panel or the Inquiry and not a peep from the Garda. So yet again another anniversary passes with no acknowledgement, recognition of the horrific crimes carried out on my beautiful baby girl or myself and my 3 siblings who took their lives. Another milestone reached with no justice and no apology.
42 years of torture and torment and despair and blackness and helplessness. 42 years of injustice and betrayal and 42 years of waiting…… and waiting…………… and waiting……………
All of this could have been avoided if the cowards who protected the men who abused me and my siblings and who protected my parents after they murdered my daughter stood up and spoke out.
Some of those cowards are in my own family, it’s astonishing to think that the night Noleen was murdered there was my parents and my grandmother, my eldest brother Joe, and my sister Catherine Stevenson who lives in Mounttown, and my brother Peter Murphy, all older than me, in the house that night that could have saved me and Noleen.
In the garden waiting to help my mother clean up the scene was the local ex garda now retired and now thrown out of the local football club he was chairman of for over 40 years, with another local man, five of my family members were all involved in some way, not one of them saved me and three of them still alive but never charged not even with aiding and abetting and not even with conspiracy to murder.
For many years after the night Noleen was murdered my younger siblings and I were repeatedly abused in that house and sold out for money to extended family members and the paedophile ring in Dalkey, no one said a word and no one in my family did a thing to save us.
I went on to have another child, born dead and buried in he garden of my family home on that day, once again my parents and grandmother and older brother Peter Murphy who now lives in Sligo and my older sister Catherine Stevenson watched as my baby boys body was dumped in a grave in the garden and a slop bucket (a bin that would be put out for a local farmer who collected food for his pigs) placed over my baby’s grave.
Word rapidly spread around Dalkey that my baby was buried in the garden, I was taken to the Family doctor throughout the pregnancy and even hospitalised in St MIchaels when pregnant, and even saw the family doctor for my post natal check ups.
And still the cowards looked on and said nothing and still dont face charged of aiding and abetting.
But the cowards soon found their voices at Noleens inquest, but their voices were not to tell the truth, oh no, their voices were there to protect my father and accompany him to the inquest, and speak up for him, even though at this point, 3 of my siblings had ended their lives because of the abuse my father carried out on them, despite some of their own children admitting my father had abused them too, but that still didn’t stop the cowards protecting my father, and lying for him.
Catherine Stevenson found her voice when my father died, she carried on his High Court challenge against the Coroner because the jury of six men and six women officially identified Noleen as being my daughter. This in turn proved I had given birth to Noleen in the family home, at the age of 11, and that she had died in the family home, and still no charges even though a murder scene and suspects were now identified.
So as soon as Noleen was identified my father, took a High Court challenge against the Coroner, no one asked where my father an ex Corporation worker, who had been retired at least 20 years and who drank every night of the week had got the money to take out a high court case.
But why would then, when no one asked where he had got the money to pay for a full legal team for himself and my three older sisters to be represented at the Inquest, yes he had the money to pay FOUR legal bills and no one blinked an eye, yet it you are a drug pusher they can go into your bank account, but seemingly not if you have sold your children to paedophiles and if its suspected you are being paid by those paedophiles especially the three retired police officers to protect them, then that seems ok.
So despite the fact that my father died, he could still rely on his loyal daughter Catherine to go to the High Court for him, but of course she backed out on the day of the case, because of course she hadn’t a leg to stand on.
So, at one point in my long legal battle the only legal action being taken was by the paedophile himself, Peter Murphy Snr protected by my sister Catherine and Esther and Margaret and Peter Murphy jnr, my father left 100,000 euros and still no one asked where he had got that kind of money, he naturally left it to his four loyal older children, so they also benefited from the hush money that the paedophile ring were paying my father.
And so 42 years later, and still silence and cowards protecting cowards, nothing new and nothing has changed for my beautiful baby girl.

Family granted leave to seek quashing of inquest verdict
My father and three older sister, Esther, Margaret and Catherine amazingly found the hundreds of thousands of euros it would take to bring a high court challenge against the Coroner and the decision, nobody ever asked where they got the money to do this. Or the huge legal bill my father paid for the Inquest in that he paid for all sisters to be legally represented and himself by a full legal team, solicitor, barrister and a junior solicitor for five days? No one even questioned where he got the 100,000 euro he left to my sisters when he died for supporting him. After his death my sister Catherine carried on the High Court case for him, despite admitting in the inquest that she was abused in our home and that other siblings had confided in her that they were abused too.
Dalkey Inquest: Classmates remember Cynthia’s ‘swollen stomach’
THE primary school teacher of a woman who claimed she was pregnant when she was 11 said she believes she was sexually abused and feels “very guilty” she never realised it.
Rosemary Warren, who taught Cynthia Owen at Loreto Dalkey primary school in 1973, told the inquest yesterday that she believed the abuse detailed in evidence by Ms Owen.
“There was a baby. I think there was abuse. . . I think something horrific happened to her,” said Ms Warren. She said she had no recollection of Ms Owen in her class until she was shown a photograph.
But she thought it was “improbable” that Ms Owen was pregnant in her class because she would have noticed. Ms Warren was speaking at the inquest into the death of an unidentified baby who was found stabbed to death 34 years ago.

McDowell urged to probe garda handling of case
CYNTHIA Owen, identified at an inquest as the mother of a child found stabbed to death in a laneway 34 years ago, has called on Justice Minister Michael McDowell to “act promptly” and investigate garda handling of the murder.
An inquest into the infant’s death was reopened in 2005 after Ms Owen initially came forward in 1995 claiming to be the mother of the child.
The jury unanimously found yesterday that Ms Owen was the mother of the child she named Noleen and that she died at the family home in Dalkey from blood haemorrhage due to stab wounds.
“When I eventually disclosed what had been going on to the Garda Siochana in 1995, they tried to investigate the matter with a view to prosecution.
“But they were severely handicapped because the investigation that was supposed to have been carried out in 1973 was compromised,” she said outside the court…
